the project takes place in a region where borders shape everyday life and collective memory. Together with four youth- and cultural partners in Supraśl, Białystok and Mochnate, the project connects artistic practice with civic dialogue and cross-border exchange between Poland, Belarus and Ukraine
regional cooperation
CBK – Center for Belarusian Culture (Białystok)
The Center for Belarusian Culture promotes Belarusian cultural heritage and intercultural dialogue in the Polish-Belarusian border region. In this project, CBK coordinates the Belarusian context and supports the Belarusian participant group.
BOK – Białostocki Ośrodek Kultury
BOK is a leading cultural institution in north-eastern Poland fostering contemporary art and civic dialogue. Within the project, BOK coordinates the Polish participant group and contributes to excursions and public programming.
Mochnarte Foundation
Mochnarte develops artistic research and residency formats focused on memory and transformation in Eastern Europe. In this project, it leads the creative workshop formats and contributes to the final presentation.
Akademia Supraska
Akademia Supraska is an orthodox educational and cultural center combining residential learning with artistic exchange. It serves as the main hosting venue and provides infrastructure for the project.
