EUROPEAN YOUTH MEETING - PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

A : CREATIVE WORKSHOPS ->

Creative Workshops form the practical artistic core of the project. Participants work collectively with visual art, performance, media, installation, public space interventions and experimental formats in order to transform social and political experiences into artistic processes. The workshops encourage collaboration across borders, disciplines and cultural backgrounds while connecting artistic practice with questions of resilience and responsibility..

B — THINK LAB

The Think Lab creates space for political reflection, discussion and critical exchange connected to the practical artistic work. Through presentations, discussions and collective analysis, participants explore themes such as borders, migration, historical memory, ethics and future perspectives. The Think Lab links theory, knowledge and practice while strengthening intercultural dialogue and non-formal learning.

C — EUROPEAN EVENINGS

The European Regional Evenings are dedicated to cultural exchange and collective encounter between participants from different regions and countries. Through food, music, stories, presentations and informal dialogue, participants share regional perspectives, social realities and artistic contexts. These evenings strengthen intercultural understanding and create a living European atmosphere within the project.

D — EXCURSIONS

Excursions and decentralised workshop spaces connect the programme directly to the surrounding region and its political, historical and social realities. Participants explore public spaces, cultural institutions, border areas, “lost places” and alternative artistic environments in Supraśl, Białystok and the Belarus border region. The excursions serve as a basis for artistic research, site-specific interventions and collaborative project development.

E — PRESENTATIONS

Public presentations, exhibitions and dissemination activities make the project visible beyond the encounter itself. Artistic results are presented through exhibitions, interventions, posters, performances and public events involving local audiences, cultural institutions and the Belarusian community. The dissemination process continues after the encounter through follow-up activities, exhibition projects and international cooperation between the partners.
