EUROPEAN YOUTH MEETING - PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
E--PRESENTATIONS AND EXHIBITIONS
MAKING PROCESSES VISIBLE
Presentation, evaluation and dissemination are understood as shared responsibilities and as part of the overall educational experience. The focus lies not only on final artistic results, but on collective processes, learning experiences and social responsibility.
FINAL PRESENTATION forms the public conclusion of the Creative Meeting and transform workshops, discussions and excursions into shared moments of dialogue and visibility. Participants present workshop outcomes through exhibitions, performances, installations, screenings and public presentations. Guests from cultural organisations, youth initiatives and the local community are invited to engage with the themes explored during the project.
DOCUMENTATION is developed collaboratively by the participants themselves through photography, video, interviews, artistic texts and visual material. These participant-led perspectives become part of the project’s public communication and Erasmus+ dissemination process.
LOCAL EXHIBITIONS :The project continues beyond the meeting through local exhibitions, illustrated workshop reports, poster design and presentations organised by participants in their home countries. This strengthens long-term engagement, intercultural dialogue and youth-led cultural initiatives.
COMPETENCES INFORMAL LEARNING AND YOUTHPASS: Participants also reflect collectively on competences, artistic development and intercultural learning within the Youthpass process. Presentation, evaluation and dissemination are understood as shared responsibilities and as part of the overall educational experience.
The activity area encourages participants to become active co-authors of the project’s public narrative while strengthening visibility, sustainability and international exchange beyond the duration of the meeting..
